Mouse cursor on screen (Xbox)

I have a mouse and keyboard plugged in. Before today I could play with controller or mouse and keyboard as I pleased. Today I open the game and there is an Xbox style mouse cursor on screen. The only way to get rid of it is to unplug my mouse and keyboard.
