Mouse stutter when keys are pressed

Mouse will stutter when keys are pressed, I believe this is the same issue that others have reported and it’s linked to the anti cheat for the game, I’ve tried all the work arounds to resolve this issue… changing polling rate, uninstalling any rgb apps, peripheral apps, disabling any overlays, I’ve tried multiple mice and keyboards as well, also have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and verified the files, the game runs perfectly smooth with a controller so this is not a hardware issue, it’s been a problem since December and has been unplayable on mouse and keyboard.
