Movement Restricted after revive

This was on a portal server last night, if that's relevant at all. Xbox.

Got revived by a bot, and found I was unable to rotate my view outside of a limited 30*-ish arc, like I was trapped in a mounted MG or something.  I couldn't turn all the way around. I could walk any direction (facing the same absolute direction), and fire my weapon, but any other action wasn't possible either.  Sometimes it would clear up quickly and just return to normal, other times it would take much longer, or I would get KIA'd before it cleared.   At times it seemed like it would clear up briefly and then quickly return to being "locked".  This happened several times over the course of using this portal "experience..."  (don't get me started.)   TBF I never experienced this on an official multiplayer server. 

Just one example, you can see me "hitting the stops" on the rotation after the revive.
