Multiplayer Menu Becomes Unusable After 1.1.3.0 Update

After the latest update, the main menu, or Play section, is stuck on the Bulletin mode panels and it's impossible to select other modes.
The only selectable modes or panels are the Campaign, Server List, or Community sections.
As you can see from the photo, the panels overlap, which normally doesn't happen. To play, I had to get invited by a friend.
However, there are many other persistent bugs that haven't been fixed and that limit the gaming experience.
