Multiplayer Menu Becomes Unusable After 1.1.3.0 Update

Found an issue where I'm stuck at the main menu and when I select any multiplayer mode the menu just goes to the challenges menu. This happened just after the newest update. CM title edit. Late...

After one match, cant pick any match options from menu. Every option brings up the bulletin. This is the most broken the game has been since release, not to mention the menu is horrible to begin with. Validated files on steam...still bugged.
