Multiplayer Menu Becomes Unusable After 1.1.3.0 Update

Hey folks,

After playing the new Winter Offensive matches, if I go back to the main menu I get stuck on Bulletin. While I can visually scroll down to see match making options, no amount of clicking anything lets me join a different game. Once I click a match type, it jolts the view back up to the Bulletin.

I have not found any work arounds for this, only fully restarting the game fixes it. Thanks
