My Entire Battlefield 6 Account Was Reset — This Must Be Fixed Now

do you play Battlefield on Steam? Progress is bound to the EA account, not the platform account, such as Steam. Ff you had previously played on Steam and then linked the Steam account to a different EA account, then all your progress will still be linked to your other EA account and you will have to relink Steam to that original account to get your progress back.

I was level 200 with almost everything unlocked and I did this and got reset to level 1 and lost everything… I contacted them and they basically told me I’m SOL

did you ask Support to help you relink the account to the original EA account? Support should be able to help with that, and that way you should regain access to your progress. 

Hi I need some help as well please. I am playing on PS5 just logged in and noticed my 203 lvl is gone with all the unlocks how is that possible and how to get it back? Please help

did you change accounts or the link between your PSN and EA account?
I'd recommend contacting Support, so they can check out your account and see what might be going on there.
