I'm having the same issue. Was stuck the last few days with no progress on support.
Tried the game today and it went up to 204 Heals for teammates with support bag...and never moved again the rest of the day. This is exhausting that a full release game that had multiple beta's is worse than the beta.
How about a hot fix, and get rid of these progressions that aren't working and just select your class and the xp will unlock.
Stop making it overly complicated, it's not working
