Need Platoon System

This has been complained about for years and I can't believe you guys haven't just taken a moment to do it. There's nothing wrong with having 4 man fire teams, but you need to have a platoon system to link them together enabling them to go from match to match together on the same team. You are just killing your game by not providing this one simple feature. We play these types of games because we want to play with our friends and we hate making them sit in the queue to maybe get into the game on the same side 3/4 of the way through the match. More often than not they end up on the opposite team and then quit and go do something else out of frustration.
