'Never show this message again' bug

'Never show this message again' BUG
Is it just me or do we have a bug with this 'never show this message again' pop-up?
Everytime i check the checkbox & click 'accept', this message appears again if i got new stuff (items), after clicking at the bottom right corner 'mark all as seen'.
