Next Round is Ready but Matchmaking is counting down.
This seems like a bug or confusing UI to me. The game is counting down to matchmaking, but at the center bottom of the screen it says the next round/game is ready.

Also does the charging sound but nothing happens. Bug for sure.
I get this occasionally too. If memory serves it also happened in the beta.
This is usually what happens when a party member gets left behind; everyone loads in, and then one person stuck "in limbo" and sees this screen infinitely. Been going on since the beta, the game never loads, and you just sit and wait. It happens every match or every other match to me and the crew I play with (12+ individuals). Why this isn't talked about more is beyond me, been plaguing partying up and matchmaking since the beta days....
