No Setting for Lens Flare?

Seems like a lens flare setting is missing from the graphics menu and it is degrading my enjoyment of the game because some environments or scenes the lens flare is extremely noticeable and unrealistic. I like to think the screen is a representation of what I see, not what a camera sees. Some users might enjoy it but for me it is just another visual "enhancement" that should have a setting to turn it down or off. I am hyper sensitive to bright and colorful objects on the screen and especially with so much other distractions during games its hard to focus on what matters like enemy movement or sniper reflections rather than a visual enhancement.
