No Weapons/Characters/Sounds bug

Hello, from yesterday I'm experiencing this kind of bug at unexpected times and I'm not able to recreate it on purpose. 

Basically, when I start a match, 3d models fail to load and I experience an empty game, while in menus for loadouts the weapon is missing the the UI is broken. The game closes, then windows freeze.

I'm attaching a video to better explain myself.

The bug happens on random times, could be the first game I play after rebooting or the fifth. 

I run repair installation after each reboot and steam finds 3 broken files.

 

I'm on a 9900k, GeForce 3090. Last drivers, last windows. Run every stress test possible (CPU ram HDD GPU VRAM) with no issue.
