Not Acquiring "ADVANCE PARTY" skin
I played during the beta, on Playstation 5, but I dont have the skin you get for doing that!
Ideas
I have the same problem.
I unlocked all the other open beta content but not this skin.
How do you submit a ticket?
EA Help & scroll all way to bottom & look for the contact us tab then go from there good luck.

The skin was gifted to me via the in-game messages but I had to dismiss it to actually unlock it.
OMG I cant believe that worked LOL
I opened a ticket as well and got sent the generic missing content
