I’m having all the same problems too. Didn’t seem to happen until I popped a double xp equipment token. Now I get extremely low xp for career and weapons.
Also I can confirm challenges aren’t unlocking certain things like it should. For instance I have two weapons locked that I’ve finished the challenges for. Other minor challenges like 10 shotgun kills aren’t registering too.
