Not getting full ammo loadout

In the last few days I have been experiencing limited ammo in all types of games types. I'll get only 62  rnds when using the ump45 or any smg. I tried breakout and still only getting getting low ammo on m4 or any assualt/carbine/smg. Friends are getting over 100 rds at start of match.
