"Not installed" message

EA locking comments on threads complaining about this completely unforced, ridiculously incompetent error that has persisted for almost 3 hours now without any update from EA after the generic "We're looking into it"... well that just sends a strong message to players. 

Getting a refund.

    same here it says purchase at every game mode when i have the phantom edition for 1 month now i think we should all refund and wait until the error that we all get when trying to click there stupid graphics... am getting angry you pay so much now a days and it dose not even work on release.. is this still pre alpha?

    I feel your pain... So disappointed.

    Went to get a refund.... and that has crashed!

    Just such a bitter taste ... especially when you hear Steam users are up and running.

    I'm walking away ... to calm down.

    Other ticket sayed it was solved, but it weren't .... Phantom Edition purchased and can't play it because it sends me back to the EA App to buy it again lol....

    i try to refund the game for 40 minutes now and the refund page is still loading, seems like every thing is broken now

    Refunding does you nothing. The game will be working before your refund even hits and then you'll buy it again anyways.

    yeah but it seems like it works on steam, so refunding here and buying it on steam

    very disapponting. I agree this is  astrong message to the players. However everyone hates CoD, everyone can play it at least.

    I'm trying for a refund as well. There must be a lot of refund requests, which is why it's not working properly. Horrible customer service, I have to say

    I've got through to REFUND..

    I know it will take longer than the fix... However, it sends a message... EA Sales (will want to hold somebody accountable).

    As for me, it's 3 to 5 hours of my life I will not get back.... trying to sort out an EA issue... Worldwide....Yikes!!! That's a lot of hours, fellas..

    Why havent EA not released a statement to at least say they are working on it... its obv to do with licencing.... just send out licences for all EA purchasers. click of a button, repair the game then play. Dont hide, just say, yeah we **bleep**ed up but we are working on it

    Before you went live, was it too difficult to have some random testers launch the game outside of your little developer ecosystem or was that too common sense for where you all think?  This is so bad for you, you have no idea.  Whoever oversaw this...eesh bro...all this hype and we can't play the **bleep** game on launch.  So bad.  And the lack of urgency and response and shutting off comments and refund tool doesn't fix anything, it's insult to injury at this point.  You've burned players time of day doing their own troubleshooting and on edge of seat when they could have been getting XP up on COD! (They're probably laughing their arses off right now! (Activision))
