Not Joining Game With Party

So this has happened to me  on a regular basis where I will be in a party with my friends and they’ll start matchmaking and they will load into a game but I will be left in the lobby and have no indication of them being in a game. It will also occur after a match finishes and I will be left in the endgame screen after they load into the next game. This has also occurred when I am matchmaking solo and I will not load into the next match once one ends.
