Nowhere to find compensation.

Hello, from what I’ve read in the comments, no one has actually received those XP boosts. I can’t find a way to contact EA directly about this, so why have so many people, including me, not received the compensation? I bought the Phantom pre-order version on the EA platform and couldn’t play the game for several hours, yet no compensation was given to me.

    Same here, but I'm less worried about the boosters than I am about the Battle Pass since I have the Phantom Edition so should be getting Season 2 as well. No point opening a support ticket for this as they just closed it as 'inappropriate' which isn't right

    I'm also chiming in to say I did not receive the XP rewards for being an EA app customer affected by the issue.

    This is my most recent chat with your customer service agent. I'm really disappointed by this. In other words, if you haven't gotten it by now, you never will. It’s worth mentioning that the previous agent was replying to me using ChatGPT. He had no idea what I was typing. He didn’t even care to make it sound more natural or think about what the AI wrote, lol.
