Hello, from what I’ve read in the comments, no one has actually received those XP boosts. I can’t find a way to contact EA directly about this, so why have so many people, including me, not received the compensation? I bought the Phantom pre-order version on the EA platform and couldn’t play the game for several hours, yet no compensation was given to me.

Same here, but I'm less worried about the boosters than I am about the Battle Pass since I have the Phantom Edition so should be getting Season 2 as well. No point opening a support ticket for this as they just closed it as 'inappropriate' which isn't right
