official portal servers with full XP and progression is not updating challenges

Playing a BPOfficialPortal Server with full XP, all career progression checked, and all other progression checked.

Server experience code is X7ST

After completing a round the daily challenges are not updated, nor are any other challenges updated like headshots or spotting.

I know the portal servers got nerfed and you can tell because it will say modified XP and the career progression is unchecked, and all other progression uchecked.

Did the nerf apply to these as well even though they clearly show they are fully enabled servers?
