One sided helicopter spawns? I don’t if it’s a bug or intentional.

Adding to it:  This is enough of a problem that it's effecting almost every single game PERIOD.  Even in Breakthrough just to avoid the Helicopter & Jets not spawning problems from the other games modes like Conquest or Escalation:  You'll have extended periods with no tanks going live.  It's beyond broken.
This can't stay like this.
