Orange Dot Notifications Will Not Clear

There is a bug in the game (has been here for months not) that you cannot get rid of the orange notification tag on weapons, vehicles, and skins even after you have cleared all of the notification on the gun, vehicle, or skin. So, you have orange dots everywhere that mean nothing. Thus, you can never know if you have new stuff to look at or if the dots are just bugged out. This is the most annoying thing I have ever seen in a AAA game. Please just add a remove all button. We are almost over 6 months with this bug with no word from the company regarding this issue. Please at least say something about this. 

I have attached an example of one of my many guns that have nothing new, yet they orange dot exists when you are not all the way into the attachment editor.
