P18 mag catch doesn't improve reload speed

The P18 sidearm's mag catch attachment doesn't seem to improve reload speed, at least on the stats screen. I have not timed it in-game due to the difficulty of doing so (would need to record video and count frames). Confirmed, by counting frames, that it does not actually improve reload speed.

I have checked all other weapons currently in the game, and all other mag catch attachments improve reload speed on the stats screen.
