Me and my buddy both don't have our Marine Corps tags, dog tag, charm, etc. We did pay currency for these. I also did see in BF6 Discord that a player also complained about loss of Marine Corps charm, etc. Please EA fix it when you can!
NOTE. Example the charm is showing on my gun but not displayed anywhere on gear selection for customization.

It's probably best to speak with EA Help about this, as there just isn't very much we can do with missing items like this here. If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to open a case or have a live chat.

It might be that these items have been temporarily deactivated or something, but EA Help should be able to check that along with your account.
Customer service is literally just directing people to the forums and telling to upvote threads in the hopes of getting Dev attention. Someone needs to do something here, push info up the chain to your next level or something because pushing irritated players in circles with nothing being accomplished not the answer. I literally just got out of chat btw, dude told me I should be playing on PC instead of console then ended the chat on me.
