So I load up Battlefield, and my Marine Corp. DlC gear purchase no longer exists. My Marine Corp charm, title, emblem, everything is gone. WTH EA??

Funny enough EA email support sent me originally to this forum thread.
DO NOT CONTACT customer service through "contact us" they will just direct you to the forums and tell you to try turning it off and on again. ZERO support from customer service chat.
I'm also missing content. I tried opening a ticket with EA Help but I'm stuck in a loop where they tell me to open chat, which then has me open a ticket, which doesn't get answered
