It's probably best to speak with EA Help about this, as there just isn't very much we can do with missing items like this here. If you use the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below, you should be able to open a case or have a live chat.

It might be that these items have been temporarily deactivated or something, but EA Help should be able to check that along with your account.
False information- contact us brings up an ai chatbot and upon detailing that you’re looking for missing content, the chatbot spits you out to another page where the ONLY OPTION is to email support, and all that email support does is say to cry in the user forums.
Wildly anti consumer to disable all live chat or call options for support, and then email your customers to go to a forum of other users also experiencing EA deleting PAID CONTENT.
Absolutely zero reason to spend time or money on ea products when this is how they treat paying customers
