Panoptique 8 skins

I am not sure if it is a bug, an oversight or intended.

It looks like the new Panoptique 8 skins can be applied to every class...
I absolutely love the Mackenzie skin, but I think it is a bad idea to not have distinct skins for each class. I would much prefer having Mackenzie locked as the recon. Same for the other skins of this unit by the way.
