Party not exiting together

Whenever I leave as party leader, i do not get the option to leave with party. If i start a match BEFORE my party members ALSO manually exit to the lobby, then they can't join me, and i have to drop out. 

Please add feature where party leader can exit the game with entire party, so the party leader can queue up together.
