Phantom Inputs/ clicks I didn’t make.

There has been an increasing series of totally random inputs, and not registering when I click certain things.

some issues that I’ve had consistently:

spawn lying down, spawn with grenade in hand (can’t remove it) spawn in a tank with turret turned to the left, crouch not working, slide not working, prone not working, standing up not working, weapon not switching, vehicle weapon not switching, plane flares popping on their own, pulling out defib or rpg without clicking the button. 
I’ve checked the inputs, I’ve checked every key on my keyboard and no other game has these totally random inputs, I’ve redownloaded the game and ensured it’s on my SSD, and I’ve repaired files, game becomes unplayable at some point when my guy can’t go up or down and is just stuck somewhere, or if a tank just turns to the left.
