Possible Report Abuse And Autofilter Issues

I've been noticing a lot of people getting emails about warnings or suspensions due to player names or harassment in chat. Some of these don't make any sense and seem like the result of reporting abuse. Also, if there is an automatic system for weeding out user names, it should probably be taught that some "offensive" words are actually real names, like **bleep** for example. Can we maybe tell the automatic ban bot to grow up or at least give it some actual human oversight?

I've attached a few examples that I found. I want to believe these we're made jokingly but I worry that they are real. This is not a kid's game and this kind of moderation is unnecessary.

Edit: That **bleep** is the automatic system literally making my point and censoring the name I type as an example.
