I bought this game as the Phantom Edition in preorder, but I can't play it on launch day because for the past 4 *****! hours you haven't been able to fix the issue on your own platform. The game is asking me to buy a DLC despite already owning the game. I want compensation for the time I've lost

Hi! As a regular Battlefield customer from the first version BF 1942 the price have increased, but your performance (make us players being able to play your game have decreased). You have been able to annoy us fans every time since BF4. How s this possible. We just want to play the game, but you let us loyal players down every time. I will NEVER play Battlefield again because of your ignorance to us the original players of Battlefield. I am so disappointed that I can hardly say anything.
So tell me again what was the advantage of pre-ordering this game? I'm willing to wait cause I don't want it on Steam and I do not want to lose my pre-order bonuses, but why? You obviously weren't ready and I'm sure you had time to get it right

Refund requested. Downloading via Steam. Total BS. Whats the point of the preload. I did it so I could get on the servers at 16:00. its now 21:43. so sod you EA, Steam wins.
