I am seeking the the free Battle Pass for BF6 due to the EA app outage.
Hello, I am writing to formally request the free Season 1 and 2 of the Battle Pass promised to EA App users with BF6 Phantom Edition who were unable to access BF6 during the launch day outage on October 10, 2025. Yesterday while playing BF6 Conquest like I do 5 days a week for 3 hours per day, I was having a new form of crashing that was interrupting my game. The EA app was crashing and had a message about Windows either taking a note or using the debugger. The good thin about this crash is that the game sounds remained and I was able to just click on the BF6 icon on the taskbar and I was still in the game. Sometime when I did that the screen came back and minimized a time or two more but I never got completely crashed where I had to restart the game. It happened numerous times. But this is the best way of crashing as you don't lose all your points and actually stay in the game. Anybody else experience this? Recently installed Battlefield 6 Redsec through steam, tried checking my rewards from those events and they didn't appear. I completed the Road to Battlefield 6 pass from Battlefield 2042 (steam) entirely, as well as finishing all of the missions from both weeks of the Open Beta. (EA play) The cosmetics that belong to those 2 events are marked as "unavailable" as in I can't equip them, but the newsletter of Battlefield 6 does recognize that I unlocked them and that they are "ready" to equip. I will say this up front that this issue has been happening since the beta. I didn't report it before as I assumed it was a known issue. Clearly, the issue is still occurring. This has happened to multiple of my friends on Xbox. We have tried different hosts, exiting the previous game when finished to main menu, staying in the previous lobby and not exiting, rebooting consoles, rebooting game, and I have personally even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing we do fixes the issue. There is no rhyme or reason for it happening as far as I can tell. Sometimes it happens when we are in the after game menu. Other times it happens when we are on the main menu and host is searching. Tons of players are reporting this all across the forums (EA, Steam discussions, Reddit,...), just google the issue. EA really needs to acknowledge this and do something about it, since it's ruining the experience for all of us... the game just seems to eat tons of VRAM, doesn't matter the texture quality setting, and garbage collection doesn't work, it does never, NEVER, free up. All of my friends encountered the same issue too, with both AMD and Nvidia GPUs. I have delt with an issue where parts of the map (always a point) are drenched in blinding light, or jet black almost 2d smoke, or a mix of the two. Mind you I have my graphical settings pretty much as low as they can go, and all my specs met the requirements for the game. Took 2 screen shots of the problem. Anyone know any fixes or is this and Id10T error?10Views0likes0CommentsClass Switching in the "Downed" screen locks the screen (1.1.3.0)
Since the last update (1.1.3.0), anytime playing a normal multiplayer match, whenever I get shot and killed into a "downed" state in which I'm waiting to get revived, if I switch classes in the "downed" state screen the game will close out the menu after selection and will go dark for a second like you are giving up, then back to normal brightness but not proceed to respawn me. The screen will then be locked in this state as the background battle continues. I cannot respawn or redeploy from the in-game menu. I have to leave matches that I just started, or I have to sit there and wait for the match to end. In some longer games, leaving is the only option to solve the issue.3Views0likes0Comments
