I just went in circles with the terrible support Emails and actually had one of them tell me I had to pay for a streamer sub to get my drops. Then I had another say I claimed the drops before I linked my Twitch to my EA account and they can't/won't do anything. Wish there was a direct way to escalate this beyond the shallow pool of "support" people on the other side of the world that don't know what they're talking about.
You got that far?! They wouldn’t even look into my missing drops and tell me what the issue is. Actually they didn’t even look into my case or ask for any evidence/ pictures etc. to prove that my drops are claimed. EA needs to abolish their “support” team and make the new one…. Well… not on the other side of the world lol. Any response I would get to any of my questions were in severely broken/backwards English. The only responses that weren’t in broken backwards English were their generic cookie/cutter copy and paste responses like the useless links to these FAQ pages they told me to cry into the void on.
