Same issue here with no help from EA "support". I contacted EA support about this 3 months ago about the bf6 twitch drops from 3 months back AND the twitch drops for bf6 on Halloween, both of which are missing for me despite having my twitch account linked correctly. The best part is they will mark your case as fixed/closed despite not solving anything or giving you the drops you're missing.
After they transfer you back and forth 7 times, they tell you their team is aware and to just wait and hope someone fixes it. They may as well tell you to go f yourself. I don't understand how this company functions. They won't fix anything unless they are forced by the government or something and even then they don't bother until the last second. With Activision/CoD, when you report missing skins, they give you the skins you are missing AND give you compensation. It's too much to ask for them to have a functioning Twitch drop system.
