I have 9 closed cases with EA all for the same missing items from twitch from beta rewards. All 9 of them closed by EA without comments or email communication. I have 1 open case for the same thing missing twitch content (same content as well from beta) and it states waiting on user (me?!?) I haven't been contacted for any one them asking for screen shots or anything..... this is bull **bleep**.
