Same problem here. I'm missing literally all the twitch drops n after this last round of them for season 1 I contacted support and nothing changed. Guy was nice but it's clear that the actual support team doesn't know what to do or can't actually fix it on their own. Crossing my fingers I get em all cuz there were a couple rly good items especially in the earlier drops
