I've contacted EA support multiple times, but they haven't helped me at all. Every time, I just get a canned response, and I'm utterly fed up. Some Twitch drops have been received successfully, so there's no issue with the account linking. The remaining drops that I can't receive are clearly a problem on EA's side, and contacting Twitch officially is pointless. All I feel about this issue, which has been ignored for days, is pure anger.
