It seems like months later, this is still an issue. I contacted support two times. The first time was in November but I didn’t get the issue resolved. On the second time I reached out for support, I was told that they couldn’t even help since the data they can see is only for the last thirty days. Meaning I couldn’t get the issue solved. I got the other twitch awards from the other drops they were doing. But still, I haven’t received the imperial soldier skin and the landslide soldier skin, as well as the mimic weapon package and shattered vehicle skin. My accounts are connected, otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten the other drops. I check my in-game mail constantly. Still, no beta twitch drops. I even saw players in game with the imperial soldier skin, which is why I even reached out in the first place since I’d assume at first it would be solved by the beginning of season one. And when it wasn’t, I contacted support. It’s going to be 2026 in a few days, and still nothing.
