PS5 matchmaking not really working.
Please look into the match making for PS5. Very difficult to get a lobby with cross play off that's not 90% bots. Peak times, conquest.

I'm experiencing the same situation as you; I'm in the Hong Kong-Asia region.
Same region mate. All other bf games I used Hong Kong servers and always had PS5 lobbies.
Something seriously wrong with crossplay off matchmaking, no way a game this popular can put me In a 16 player lobby where there is 14 bots regardless of what time I’m playing
