PW7A2 visual recoil seemingly reversed in edge cases (video attatched)

Exclusively when using Second Skin package for PW7A2, visual recoil is increased with the flash comp and lightened supressor attachments, but only when using the 20 point 1-4x variable scope in 1x zoom.

I do not have the gun leveled so cannot determine wether this is true for all recoil muzzles or just the specific ones mentioned. Removing/resetting all other attachments from my class does not remove this effect. Again I do not currently have time to test this in a match, but see no reason why that would affect the result. I have not been able to determine wether this is a playerbase wide or localised bug.
