Random flick in Campaign

I’m playing this on my Xbox and every time I go back to campaign to complete some challenges, I keep getting this random 90 degrees to 180 flick at random time in the middle of shootout. It is very annoying especially playing in hardcore where there are no revives and one random flick can cause me restart to a very long progress I made because sometimes the gap between other checkpoints can be very painfully far.
