Randomly started floating in REDSEC..

Randomly started floating in REDSEC neighborhood down the hill left of the golf course. It threw me up in the air and started making my guy float. It was after like 3 airstrikes and artillery had been called on the area. I then couldn't really run left either like I hit a wall.
