Rebinding Chase Camera breaks first person view for Light Ground Transport/ATV

If you rebind "Chase Camera" it no longer lets you swap the camera to first person view while driving both of the Light Ground Transport vehicles and the ATV/Quad.

I tried binding it to "V" instead of "C" and then put Change Seat to "C" since that's what I'm used to, but while I could still swap seats fine, nothing happened if I pressed V. This bug doesn't affect all other vehicle types though, like for example I could still switch to first person view in tanks and helis.
