I play recon a lot so I constantly get this issue where after my recon drone gets shot down it starts to replenish but then it randomly stops part of the way, as indicated by the replenishment bar for the drone. Sometimes it doesn't even start replenishing at all.

now i'm getting it fully replenished, but when i press 4 to deploy it, nothing happens. also sometimes when i deploy it, go into drone view, leave it, and try to come back into drone view it immediately exits
There's a limited amount of drones that can be in the sky at one time for your side. I'm having the same issue with recovery time on the drone and getting killed doesn't seem to help. Lastly, smart team will shoot a drone as soon as they see and the drone can easily be killed by AOE damage. So when you launch it and you're in a heavy combat zone, it can easily be destroyed very fast.
