Recon Motion Sensor Bug Redsec

Motion Sensor is not working as intented, there are some instances where the motion sensor fails to detect enemy movement, in my video, we could hear a guy there but the motion sensor didn't detect him. he moved and shot and still didn't get pinged on the minimap.
