Redsec Airstrike and Artillery area consistency is beyond broken.

I (outside the minimap airstrike circle area) die in a single hit from full armor and health, meanwhile my team mate (inside the minimap airstrike area) takes 0 damage.

This occurs way too frequently and is not enjoyable.
