Glares from destructable objects and environment (Redsec)
I have encountered this situation 2 times now when playing Redsec, both times in Combat Training POI: After calling in an Airstrike or Artillery strike all destructable objects become lit up and the game becomes impossible to play. I have experienced this bug only in this POI only in the situation I described. One time the ground near me became blue in addition to the glare. One other time the similar issue occured, only change is that the sun (or at least I believe it to be the Sun, maybe is just a random point in the sky) became too bright and it only happened when looking a certain direction, everything else was fine (unsure what caused it). Issue only applies to the match it happened in, next game is fine. Same issue (Combat training glare) occured to my teammate, so it's probably not related to hardware or individual game session. During multiple games of RedSec, you find yourself getting killed from a tank that either runs you over or shoots you in the back from a very close range. There is no audio indicating that a large vehicle is coming or doesn't even appear on the mini map or the main map. You can hear the Glider, Helicopter and ATV from the other side of the map but not a tank. Something needs to be done about the Tank audio or the player base is going to plummet.12Views1like1CommentRedsec rocket reload after respawn without having shot a rocket
Hi Devs, 30-50% of the time, when I respawn, I have to reload my engineer rockets even tho I haven't fired a rocket. I suggest even if you have fired a rocket before dying, you shouldn't have to reload when you spawn back in, and definitely not if you haven't fired a rocket3Views0likes0CommentsRedsec bright lights glitch
Hi Devs, can you fix the blinding lights glitch that is happening? Happening quite often now especially around training grounds after explosions. Basically lens flare happens permanently all over the place making it impossible to see. We tried to escape it in a tank but one you have the glitch it's all over the map. Some areas sometimes change colour too. Today buildings and parts of the map turned blue along with the blinding lights. This happens mid life and appears to be triggered by explosions/rockets/tank fire. Thanks8Views0likes0CommentsBroken,
Why is it i can play a game of Player Unknown Battlegrounds thats nearly 10 years old and the damage dynamics on that game work well but yet Bf6 has been released and it seems i need to use 36 rounds out of my gun to maybe kill someone? Your balancing and ideas of a battlefield are broken it shouldnt take a full clip to drop someone with any gun. Even using a 50cal on a tank takes like 5 hits , what the actual **bleep**? And dont get me started on redsec. What a piece of **bleep** that is, how can u manage to **bleep** that up so bad. Its just a 100% copy paste of Cod. Why not fix the normal game and then have the battleroyale play the same without plates and without gay **bleep** like chests and bullet sponge mechanics. Still have silent tanks and directional audio isnt very good for foot steps. Your maps are pretty **bleep** aswell. Not enough sniper vantages created, makes people sit in spawn to try get some long snipes. Or roof tops and mountains are considered out of bounds even though they are center map. Big **bleep** up 6 is what it should be called.16Views0likes0CommentsController inputs trigger gameplay actions while navigating loadout/map menus
Title: Controller inputs trigger gameplay actions while navigating loadout and map menus on PC Platform: PC Input device: Xbox controller Game mode: Battle Royale REDSEC Frequency: Always Description While navigating the loadout menu or big map using an Xbox controller on PC, Battlefield 6 does not properly block gameplay inputs. Some buttons still trigger live in game actions even though a menu is open. Examples Pressing Right on the D Pad to move across the loadout UI deploys my drone and obstructs my view and movement. Pressing B to exit the loadout or big map while B is bound to ping causes a ping to be placed at a random location which distracts myself and squadmates. Expected result When a menu is open, gameplay actions should be fully blocked and inputs should only affect menu navigation. Actual result Menu navigation inputs are also interpreted as gameplay inputs which causes gadgets to deploy and pings to trigger while still in or exiting the menu. Impact on gameplay This has gotten me killed multiple times. While trying to quickly change loadout or check the map, I accidentally deploy a drone or trigger a ping, get forced into an animation or view switch, and get pushed or shot while stuck in it. Additional notes This appears to be caused by the game not properly separating menu input mode and gameplay input mode. Rebinding buttons can reduce this but it should not be necessary. Menus should block world interactions. Questions Is this a known issue Is it specific to controller users Is there any fix besides rebinding controls3Views0likes0CommentsPS5 – Low internal resolution / image quality feedback (Redsec)
On PS5, Redsec appears to run with a very low internal resolution in both Performance and Balanced modes, often dropping below 1080p. This results in a soft/blurry image even when the console outputs at 4K, especially noticeable at medium and long distances. The PS5 base hardware should be capable of higher targets, such as 1440p–1800p dynamic resolution with a 4K dynamic target in Balanced mode, and 1080p native or 1440p dynamic in Performance mode, without reducing destruction or gameplay systems. Other large-scale shooters on PS5 already achieve this successfully. Improving internal resolution and/or reconstruction quality would significantly enhance image clarity on PS5. This is feedback for future tuning, not a crash or gameplay bug. Thank you.6Views0likes0Comments
