Battle Royale Tier One Operator Challenge not giving rewards
just completed the second tier of the tier one operator challenges and I did not receive the queen cards sticker that you get for 10 wins. When I go to check in challenges, under red sec under endurance, the whole column is blacked out and there's X's over the challenges but it still says completed.Battlepass
Hello, I purchased the Battlefield 6 Battle Pass after already reaching approximately 70 out of 110 tiers. Since the purchase, I have been receiving the rewards for newly reached tiers normally. However, I have not received the premium rewards from the tiers that I had already reached prior to the purchase. In the Battle Pass menu, these rewards are partly shown as unlocked or marked with a blue checkmark, but they remain locked in my inventory and character, weapon, and vehicle customization. I have already completely closed and restarted the game several times, unfortunately without success. I kindly ask you to check the Battle Pass entitlements on my EA account and retroactively unlock or credit the missing premium rewards for the tiers I reached before the purchase. Playing Breakthrough on Tsuru Reef the start animation and map overview looked extremely low resolutionI then when the game started it was stuttering. During this game I tried to drag revive a teammate and not only could I not revive them but I was stuck in the drag revive animation with the injector held in my hand until someone killed me. Then when I respawned right after the game crashed and shut down. Playing RedSec I experienced a bug where even though I had ammo in my gun and it was already fully reloaded when I pulled the trigger nothing would happen. I switched guns and back again and then was able to fire. This happened multiple times during a single game but only that game. The same game my gun would randomly disappear or turn invisible. Again switching guns and back corrected this. I have been seeing this weird bug where I go ADS but it snaps to either looking straight down or straight up and not to where I was looking in the first place. This has happened on multiple maps and on various games types including RedSec.Ranked - Lost RP without being able to play
I waited for matchmaking and was pulled into a match. When I loaded, it was complete chaos. It said I was waiting to redeploy and my squad was already on the ground and dying. Before I could even get redeployed, my team was eliminated with no second chance. I lost RP and didn't even get to play a second of the match.
Phantom Program "Exfiltrate with a code fragment" not registering — REDSEC Quads
PLATFORM: PC GAME / MODE: Battlefield 6 — REDSEC, Battle Royale, Quads (non-ranked) FEATURE: Season 4 — Phantom Program (progress 4/9) DATE / TIME: September 16, 2026, ~02:24–02:35 ET AFFECTED CHALLENGE: "Exfiltrate with a code fragment" — still shows 0/1 after successful completion. This also blocks the follow-up challenge "Exfiltrate with 1 fragment in 3 consecutive matches" (0/1). ISSUE: Our full squad (4 players) successfully exfiltrated with a code fragment in REDSEC Battle Royale (Quads, non-ranked). The challenge did not register — progress stayed at 0/1 for all four squad members. This occurred after ~18 hours of continuous play grinding the Phantom Program. EXPECTED: Challenge advances to 1/1 (complete) on successful exfiltration with a code fragment. ACTUAL: Stays 0/1 for all four affected accounts. AFFECTED ACCOUNTS (in-game IDs): - Trisha_187Qc - NickitaQc - Qclaroche - Bourgeois-_- EVIDENCE: Video proof available — Autoclip-REDSEC-Victoire.mp4 plus two replay clips (02:24 and 02:35). Attached / available on request. IMPACT & URGENCY: This blocks the entire remaining Phantom Program chain (Phantom 7 and 8 are locked behind this step) and its reward (Holm / Panoptique 8 skin — "Sabotage Fantôme"). Season 4 ends in ~4 weeks, leaving a limited window to complete it.
REDSEC Ranked Matchmaking Takes 15–20+ Minutes in Iraq
Hello Battlefield / EA Support Team, I am experiencing a serious matchmaking issue in Battlefield 6 – REDSEC Ranked. I am playing from Iraq, on Xbox Series X, and Crossplay is enabled. The problem occurs specifically when searching for a Ranked REDSEC match. Problem details: Game mode: REDSEC Ranked Platform: Xbox Series X Location: Iraq Crossplay: Enabled Issue: Extremely long matchmaking times Typical queue time: 15–20+ minutes Sometimes the game continues searching without finding a match for a very long time. Casual/non-Ranked matchmaking appears to find games much faster. Restarting the matchmaking search does not consistently solve the problem. I am concerned that the matchmaking system may be having difficulty finding enough Ranked players in or near the Middle East region, or that players from Iraq are being routed to distant regions such as Europe or other regions because of limited server availability. This may be causing two related problems: Very long Ranked matchmaking queues Potentially high latency/ping after finally finding a match Since Crossplay is already enabled, the available player pool should be as large as possible, so disabling Crossplay does not appear to be a practical solution. Could you please investigate whether: REDSEC Ranked currently has sufficient Middle East server capacity. Players from Iraq are being correctly routed to the closest available server. There are currently any matchmaking or server-routing issues affecting Iraq and the Middle East. Ranked matchmaking is unnecessarily restricting the available player pool. There is a known issue causing players in the Middle East to be placed into European or other distant regions. Additional Middle East servers or improved regional matchmaking are planned. I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether this is a known issue and whether there is currently any recommended workaround for players in Iraq. There's an annoying bug where, in the middle of matches, for some reason, I CAN'T REVIVE MY TEAMMATES! It's infuriating! Fix your game! I've bought things in the store, and this is how you thank us? The most basic thing, being able to revive your teammates, is once again random! What's the logic in that? I've lost all hope in this game. I had so much faith at the beginning, but little by little it's fading away.
Redsec VL-7 Smoke effect doesn't go away
A gas-related bug appeared after yesterday's Battlefield 6 update (version 1.4.3.0). I was playing as a Medic on PC. A gas round was fired into the building at objective Bravo. I ran out and dropped a medical crate at my feet, but the gas effect persisted. Everything was blurry, sounds were distorted, teammates looked like ghosts, and enemies were barely visible. After I was killed, two attempts to revive me with the defibrillator failed. I was eventually revived manually (using the 'E' key), but the effect remained. It only disappeared after I redeployed.
