yes it still happens.
when i rebind exit vehicle, the newly rebinded key only applies to driver/gunner seat. any extra passenger seats (3rd and 4th little bird seats, dirtbike passenger, quad passenger, non-gunner transport helicopter seats, 2nd , 3rd and 4th light transport seat) always use default.
Driver and Gunner always have the newly binded exit keys, the ones listed above are stuck at "E"

also just quickly gonna mention another bug, Setting the default radio to "BF Pro" causes it to reset back to "random" everytime you close/re load the game. this "BF Pro Radio default bug" is consistently repeatable everytime.
