Respawn Failed and lost ability to allow respawn

I attempted to spawn in on an ally at the same frame they got headshot by a sniper, this caused my spawn to cancel, but still brought me into the map as a fixed camera. There was no way to move or get back to the respawn screen, eventually I was kicked for being idle.

This all happened after I died in enemy territory
